If after we have executed our coil restoration program and we are unable to restore the coils air flow and heat transfer by at least 50%, then the client will only be invoiced for our travel costs.
Blue Box will produce a full report on the reasons why the coil is ruined, such as dry wall dust, or chemical damage, etc, as well as a detailed cost analysis that calculates how much energy is currently being wasted due to poor air flow and heat transfer. This helps our clients then justify purchase of a new coil in the event that Blue Box has certified that the coil is unsalvageable.
