1. Use of Equipment – Purchaser agrees to use equipment and related products properly, safely, and only for their intended purpose, in compliance with all manuals, safety regulations, and training provided by Blue Box Air Inc. Equipment may not be resold, subleased, or used for unlawful purposes.

2. Warranty – Blue Box Air Inc. warrants that all equipment sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
   – During the warranty period, Blue Box Air Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace defective equipment.
   – This warranty does not cover consumables (such as enzymes), normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
   – Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

3. Returns & Refunds – All enzyme and consumable sales are final. Equipment may only be returned under warranty claims or as otherwise required by law. No other refunds are provided unless expressly authorized in writing by Blue Box Air Inc.

4. Delivery & Risk of Loss – Title and risk of loss pass to Purchaser upon delivery of equipment to the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates only; Blue Box Air Inc. is not liable for delays outside its control.

5. Responsibility & Liability – Purchaser assumes all risk of injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the equipment. Except as expressly stated in the warranty above, Blue Box Air Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. Blue Box Air Inc.’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the purchase price paid for the equipment.

6. Payment Authorization – By signing this Agreement, Purchaser authorizes Blue Box Air Inc. to charge the provided credit card for the purchase price of equipment, enzymes, all applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

7. Governing Law & Venue – This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for disputes will be in Dallas County, Texas.

8. Severability & Entire Agreement – If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable. This document constitutes the entire agreement between Purchaser and Blue Box Air Inc. and may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
